HOW WILL THE ITEMS BE PACKAGED?

Items will be securely packaged to avoid damage. In instances where an item has been shipped in protective packaging material, it is the responsibility of the customer to take an equal approach if returning the item (by prior agreement only - returns not otherwise accepted).

 

HOW WILL THE ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

All items are shipped at the customer's risk. Insured shipping is available upon request, and collections are possible with prior arrangement.
International shipping may be possible, but must be discussed first.

 

CAN ITEMS BE COLLECTED OR HAND DELIVERED?

 

It may be possible for items to be personally collected or delivered, however it is best to confirm this with us prior to any purchases. For larger items, we will endeavor to assist with shipping arrangements. Photo identification will be required prior to any collections or deliveries. 

 

ITEM LEGALITY

All items sold by Antiquities Arms are done so strictly for the purpose of collection and curiosity only under Section 58/2 of the UK firearms law. Prior to purchasing, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they are over the age of 18, and not prohibited from owning Section 58/2 firearms under Section 21 of the 1968 firearms act & the violent crime act of 2006. 

New customers will be requested to present a form of photo identification prior to the sale of any section 58/2 piece, a brief phone call may also be requested.

Here at Antiquities Arms we work closely with the authorities to ensure and uphold the legal status of honest collectors.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be taken via bank transfer or postal orders. In lieu of full payment, deposits can be taken for reservation of pieces - for an amount of time as agreed between customer and vendor.

 

DEPOSITS

​

We're happy to accept deposits on items to secure their sale. Any deposits are unfortunately non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Deposits will reserve a piece for an
