EIC P1842 Percussion Musket
A nice P42 rifled musket, from the East India company - as signified by the prancing lion insignia on the lockplate.
The barrel has been crimped on both sides (when removed from service - this can possibly be swaged out with heat if needed). The woodwork and furniture are in good condition, with a crisp action, holding half and full cock well. 38" barrel, 53 1/2" overall length.
Great value vs a British army P42.
